Qualifications: Dip Clin Hyp CP NLP

Helen has a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and is a Certified Practioner of NLP and Life Coaching. She is a graduate of the European College of Holistic Medicine where she is currently studying for her NLP Master Practioner Certification.

Helen is also an accredited member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy and is able to accept NHS referrals.

Helen has used her hypnotherapy and NLP skills to help clients resolve a range of emotional issues including weight loss and weight control, anxiety, depression and smoking. She has helped people resolve medical issues such as freeing someone of their nut allergy, helping someone with osteoarthritis dramatically reduce their pain levels and helping someone rid themselves of tinnitus. She has helped people overcome various phobias including a fear of water, a fear of heights and a fear of mice. Helen has also worked with people to help them improve their performance at work and increase their confidence and motivation levels.
