Anne Pundak studied at the Anglo- European College of Chiropractic for 5 years and graduated in 2000 with a Masters degree. She is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and registered with the General
Chiropractic Council. She has worked in various clinics including the
Milton Keynes Chiropractic Clinic which is the official chiropractor to the MK Dons football team.
What is Chiropractic? “ A primary healthcare profession that specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and management of conditions that are due to problems with joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves of the body, particularly those of the spine” British Chiropractic Association.
Treatment Chiropractors aim to treat the cause of pain not just its symptoms. Symptoms are like the tip of an iceberg; by the time they
appear, it often indicates the sign of a larger underlying problem.
Treatment consists of a wide range of techniques designed to improve joint and muscle function in order to relieve pain and muscle spasm.  Techniques such as joint manipulation and mobilization (which are
designed to improve joint movement), soft tissue releases and
rehabilitative exercises are used. Advice on lifestyle changes may also be given if required.
