Kinisiology
Qualifications: Touch for Health Instructor, Optimum Health Balance Kinesiology Practitioner, Creative Kinesiology Practitioner, Quantum Sheng Practitioner, HPA Healer Certificate.
Rebecca qualified as a healer in 1993 and began learning Kinisiology in 1998 as she found it so effective in helping to resolve her food sensitivity issues. She began by learning Touch for Health, which is still one of the best bare-foot doctoring systems available, and qualified in 1999. Rebecca qualified as an Optimum Health Balance Practitioner and was lucky enough to serve an apprenticeship with Charles Benham, a Kinesiologist of more than 25years standing and the originator OHB, a system that uses symbols as a means to communicate with the body in conjunction with muscle testing, creating an easy and effective way to gain information from the body. I worked closely with him and two other Kinesiologists for two years setting up a Kinesiology centre.
In 2001 Rebecca left to pursue her own journey and trained in Creative Kinesiology which recognises that we are story-telling creatures and that every body has a story to tell., often many of them. Just like our conscious minds it loves to be heard and simply listening to the body’s story can bring profound relief and healing on many levels. In the same year she also studied neural organisation techniques which relate to the four survival systems of the body, fight/flight, immune, feeding and reproduction and how, often as a result of trauma, we can become stuck in a fight/flight response which will then impact on the other three, leading to poor function in all thee areas.
Rebecca is currently studying Body Math which allows her to assess the luminous energy field and the charkas of the body for restrictions causing blockages or malfunctions. It is then possible to establish whether they come from the clients own personal history unwanted energy from other sources and release them. The System also provides exercises that can be taught to the client to improve the grounding of their own spiritual energy and charka strength and function.
