We kindly ask clients to arrive on time and complete their consultation form in advance (or arrive 10 minutes early if assistance is needed). This helps us make the most of your scheduled treatment time.
Your booking time covers your full appointment – including consultation, preparation, treatment, and aftercare. Any treatment times shown are a guide and may vary slightly depending on your individual needs, consultation outcomes, or specific adjustments. If you arrive late or haven’t completed your form ahead of time, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment.

What happens?
To start off you will be greeted by our friendly reception team. Your therapist will then show you to the treatment room where you will have an hours Luxurious Full Body Massage using Hot Stones. Next your therapist will take you for a 1 hour Clarins Prescription, CACI, or Advanced Microdermabrasion , to leave your skin feeling revived and refreshed. Your hands and feet will then be treated to a Luxury Manicure and Pedicure, leaving them feeling smooth and softened. You can select a colour of your choice for your nails.
Then you can decide, with your therapist, if you would like to have a relaxing Scalp massage or you can choose to have a full Ear Candle Treatment which will help to unblock your ears naturally and leave you feeling re energised and like a new person.
