Your booking time covers your full appointment – including consultation, preparation, treatment, and aftercare. Any treatment times shown are a guide and may vary slightly depending on your individual needs, consultation outcomes, or specific adjustments. If you arrive late or haven’t completed your form ahead of time, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment.
What happens?
After being greeted by our friendly reception team, your therapist will take you upstairs and prepare you for a relaxing full Aromatherapy Massage. Here we use the therapeutic value of pure essential oils in a massage of the whole body, head and face to balance and treat the mind, body and spirit. Aromatherapy massage can help in a range of ailments from infections, headaches and depression to stress related complaints. This treatment will leave you feeling relaxed yet revived. You will then have an ear candle treatment which is very helpful for earache, headache and sinusitis, ear noise and stress.
Finally to complete the package, your therapist will perform full Reflexology which focuses on the feet. Different areas on the feet represent different areas of the body and the therapist will use these ancient techniques to relieve the symptoms of stress much the same way that a full body massage does.You will leave the treatment completely rested and relaxed.
